1. Pre-Finance Scheme: We offer a unique pre-finance scheme that allows you to place orders up to a year in advance of the season. By securing your order early, you can enjoy a significantly lower price compared to the current market rate of around $250 USD/Kg from $600.00. Our flexible payment terms make it easier for you to manage your finances and plan ahead.

We offer negotiable services to ensure your complete satisfaction. Whether you have specific quality choices or require large orders, we guarantee to meet your expectations.
    
3. Long-Term Partnership: At Vanilla Mada, we value long-term relationships with our clients. When you choose us, you can expect a reliable and dedicated partner for your vanilla supply. Our payment structure is designed to provide you peace of mind, with payments divided into four installments: 25% of the total amount two months before the season, 25% at the beginning of the season, 25% during the process, and the final 25% upon completion and dispatch of your order. The entire process typically takes up to 6 months, depending on the size of your order.
    

Express Services: 

For those who require a faster turnaround, our express services are designed to meet your urgent needs. Simply place your order and make full payment, and we will dispatch your order within seven working days. Please note that prices for express services may vary depending on availability.

Premium Services/ Private labeling:

When you need extra services to enhance your business, such as private labeling, customized packaging, or certification, our premium services are at your disposal. While there is an additional cost associated with these services, they are designed to help you create a unique brand identity and stand out in the market. Full payment is required at the time of order, although we are open to negotiating partial payment, subject to our terms and conditions and minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
